- We will assess registrations 48 hours before commencement of courses and if minimum number of enrolments not met we may have to cancel the course.
- You will be notified at least two days prior to the course commencement.
- All fees will be refunded in full.
- If you wish to cancel your registration you will have to let us know 5 days in advance and a $50 administration charges will be applicable.
- Fees will not be refunded if cancellations are made less than 5 days of course commencement.
- Any cancellations need to be made in writing.
- We may also take pictures of the artworks and/or art class for use in promotional activity. Let us know if you do not wish that to happen with your artwork.
- All art material needs to be brought on the first day of class.
